Developed by the Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey and designed by Wells Architecture, the DreamLab is a state-of-the-art learning and innovation center created to empower girls through hands-on experiences in STEM, entrepreneurship, leadership, creative arts, and life skills. The facility represents a significant investment in the future of young women throughout Northern New Jersey and provides a unique environment where girls can learn, collaborate, and explore new opportunities.
Turning a Vision into Reality
When the Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey set out to transform their longtime Paramus service center into a modern, interactive learning hub, Malic Corp was proud to be selected as the General Contractor for the project.
Working closely with Wells Architecture, the Girl Scouts team, and a talented group of subcontractors and tradespeople, we helped bring an ambitious vision to life. From project coordination and scheduling to quality control and construction management, our team remained focused on delivering a facility that would serve the community for generations to come.
The renovation required careful planning and execution to create a dynamic environment that supports a wide range of educational and leadership programs. Every aspect of the project was designed with flexibility, functionality, and inspiration in mind.
A Space Designed for Learning and Leadership
The completed DreamLab offers a variety of innovative spaces where girls can develop new skills, explore career interests, and gain hands-on experience in emerging fields.
